I had my first appointment with Dr. Hughes. He listened to everything that I had to say, made sure we covered everything that I felt needed to be covered, asked me if the treatment plan sounded okay and made sure I was comfortable with it and helped me understand what was going on with myself even though it was difficult to explain in words. I am very pleased that he was the doctor I had the appointment with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Hughes is such a caring individual who truly listens to what you have to say. He asked open ended questions that were tailored to my personal experience to get a better idea of what type of support i need. I have only had one visit so far but I am excited to continue this journey with Dr. Hughes. It means a lot when a Doctor makes you feel comfortable and in turn I was able to be open throughout the whole process.

Nadira is a great therapist. I feel heard and that my care is thoughtfully tailored to my needs. All of my medication needs and concerns are taken care of with ease by provider Yassin Ghanem. I appreciate that my appointments can be 100% virtual with both my therapist and my psychiatrist. It is very convenient. Their billing dept and front desk staff are also friendly and helpful.

As a 43 yr old woman, I am so so thankful for ARC! I spent 20+ years with the wrong diagnoses and Drs that never really “heard” me. My first two appointments changed my whole life!! Got a correct diagnosis, put on the right kind of medication and my life took off!!! I have never felt more seen, heard and understood…even when I can’t find the right words for what I’m feeling, they still get it! Also, after all these years and different Dr’s it always felt “cold”. Now at ARC, I feel like an individual and important and cared about! Thank you so much, I cannot begin to express the gratitude in my heart for the team and most importantly my Doc Chavon Willis at ARC!

Dr. Z was great. She helped address the issues I came in with and then some very heavy extra issues I needed help with. She didn't hesitate at all and made it very comfortable. Thank you Dr.Z I'd recommend arc psychiatrists for sure. It's refreshing to talk to someone that actually listens.

I have now had two of the worst appts of my life here at ARC. One was with a psychiatrist and the other with a therapist. I still see Chavon here, and she is a gem, but wow, I will never be seeing another provider here ever again. The psychiatrist and therapist were unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel less than and like I can't be helped. This is less important than the poor quality of their "care", but their billing system has had so many issues for me as well. And when you call and try to contact them, they outsource their billing to foreigners who were not helpful. The Cleveland Clinic referred me here, but buyer beware, I do NOT recommend unless you're going to see Chavon.

Rhonda Casto is THE BEST psychiatrist in all my years with mental health treatment. She listens and is understanding and thorough. Hard to find a psychiatrist that listens but she is definitely one of the good ones! Thank you ARC ❤️
